Due Diligence
Technical Due Diligence of a project is a detailed assessment of the property from a technical perspective, at any stage and phase – from the land for future development, through the project (at the stage of study, documentation for planning permission or building permit, etc.) to the assessment of the condition of the existing building.
What is the purpose of technical due diligence?
Our aim is to assess feasibility, quality and identify potential risks such as problems with the design of the structure, the materials used or compliance with building regulations. This avoids costly mistakes and unforeseen problems that could affect the success of the project.

What we can help you with
The core is the examination of the technical condition of the property – all building structures and building envelope, fire safety solutions, technical infrastructure and connections, communications and outdoor paved and green areas. The department also works with certifications BREEAM and LEED.
We work closely with experts from other departments, especially from Technology, project management and technical supervision of the investor, as well as with experts in cost management a construction management. An integral part of the technical audit is also the assessment of the condition and completeness of the technical documentation.
When we perform technical due diligence for a prospective buyer, the audit also includes an assessment of whether all permits to use the property are complete and valid. We identify easements and assess contractual documentation with technical overlap. We are developing a projected CAPEX plan for 10 or more years.
