Technical Due Diligence of a project is a detailed assessment of the property from a technical perspective, at any stage and phase – from the land for future development, through the project (at the stage of study, documentation for planning permission or building permit, etc.) to the assessment of the condition of the existing building.


What is the purpose of technical due diligence?
