Gallery Butovice

Galerie Butovice is the sixth largest shopping centre in Prague with more than eighty tenants. The centre was extensively renovated in 2016-2017 and in 2018 a furniture shop Kika was added to the centre, which has a long-term lease agreement with the centre. The property offers over 50,000 sqm of leasable space spread over two floors and includes over 1,400 parking spaces for visitors. The largest tenants include Kika, Albert, H&M and Electro World.

OM Consulting was the supplier of the technical part of the due diligence of the shopping centre in close cooperation with the teams delivering the legal, financial and tax part of the complex audit, with whom it dealt with intersecting areas such as permits, easements, work contracts and warranty conditions, service and energy supply contracts and control of the leasable area according to the given methodology.
