The supporting structure of the new building designed by Ing. M.A. Tomáš Pilař, Kuba & Pilař architekti s.r.o., consists of CLT panels. The documentation for the construction was demanding in terms of atypical solutions of compositions and details of the wooden building to meet all standard requirements and technical regulations of the Czech Republic in terms of fire, acoustic, energy and humidity.
