Michal Mühlbauer is the managing director of OM Consulting and one of the founders of the company. He has many years of experience in the construction industry, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thansk to his knowledge of the international environment, he is able to work closely with both Czech and foreign investors. Michal’s project management experience is in all segments of commercial and residential construction. He enjoys complex projects and projects in industrial construction, logistics and residential projects.
Managing Director and Head of Project Management
Ondřej Vala is the Managing Director of OM Consulting and one of the two owners. He has been involved in the field of construction and development since his studies. Ondřej has experience both as a building contractor and as a large developer. His strength lies in his pro-client approach and his will to help find solutions. He has experience in all segments of project management and his track record is mainly in hotel, residential and mixed-use projects.
Executive Director and Head of Technology
Pavel Semrád has been at the helm of OM Consulting since June 2022. He is a manager with more than 20 years of experience in real estate and finance. In the past he has led teams in development and asset management. His ambition is to strive for exceptional results while sensitively building relationships and respect with clients and colleagues.
Head of Technical Due Diligence
Martina Matoušková has been leading the technical due diligence team at OM Consulting since 2018. She assists investors from the Czech Republic and abroad in the acquisition of all types of buildings, projects and land. This is both on the buyer’s and seller’s side. She and her colleagues are also developing the newly needed area of ESG and LEED and BREEAM certifications. Quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction are of the utmost importance to her.
Head of Construction Management
Martin Kubík is an experienced expert in the field of construction and development. He joined OM Consulting in June 2022, when he also became the head of Construction Management. His joining the company represents an important milestone in the development and strengthening of this service, as he has extensive professional experience both as a consultant and as a contractor. Previously, he worked for Hochtief and Gleeds, among others.
Head of Design & Architecture
Jan Kupka has joined OM Consulting as Head of Design & Architecture during 2020. Under his leadership, the team focuses on serving developers and investors in design and conceptual work so that functional and aesthetic criteria meet the client’s financial expectations.
Head of Cost Management
Tomáš Černý joined the company in 2014 as Senior Cost Manager and has been developing cost management services ever since. The continued development of the company led to the establishment of an independent department, of which he has been the head since 2017. Tomáš Černý considers one of his greatest achievements to be the development of quality and accuracy standards for the OMC Cost Plan.
Martina Purrová is responsible for the financial management of the entire OM Group. She manages financial planning and controlling of companies and individual centres. She ensures efficient and economic management of the Group’s financial flows. Martina prefers working for OM Consulting to working for large corporations. She is comfortable with the family approach, the company culture and independence, as well as the wide range of activities that fall within her remit.
Jana Veselá is an experienced HR professional and heads the HR department in the OM Group of companies. She is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to departure. She is diligent about employee satisfaction and keeping them up to date with what is happening in the company.
Markéta Kudrnová manages the office of all companies belonging to the OM family. She manages internal projects and is responsible for the smooth flow of information between colleagues including the smooth running of the office. She provides support to the company’s senior management and is also responsible for administrative and legislative matters.
