She has many years of management experience in various industries, e.g. education, advocacy, insurance. However, her biggest career move was in the corporate environment in the real estate and finance sector, where she worked for 7 years as an Office Manager and Team Leader. Her aim is to create a reliable and supportive environment where colleagues feel comfortable and can concentrate on their work.

Marie Hlinková joined the OM Consulting team in October 2023 after 3 years of maternity leave. At OM Consulting, she takes care of the company’s operations and supporting business processes. Together with the administrative team she leads, she plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently.
