Petr Houska studied at the Czech Technical University in Prague, University of Adelaide in Australia, and Vitus Bering College in Denmark. He is a Fellow of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). It is LEED AP certified. He speaks fluent English.

Petr Houska joined OM Consulting in April 2024 to cover the Project Management team and services. His previous experience is mainly in commercial building development, sustainability and team leadership. He worked in various positions at Skanska Commercial Development, Penta and CBRE. His mission at OM Consulting is mainly to further develop the Project Management team and improve the quality of service for clients.
