He further developed his experience in internal HR in a company of 2000 employees, where he primarily focused on white collar recruitment, set up the recruitment process, devised and executed HR marketing activities and built the company’s employer branding.
Jakub currently comes from JRD GROUP, a company engaged in the construction of low-energy and passive houses, renewable energy and waste treatment. Here he worked for the entire group as HR Business Partner.
