Alžběta Korbačková has 10 years of experience in technical audits of various projects and 15 years of experience in banking and development monitoring.
Within OMC, Alžběta has completed dozens of audits, ranging from land for future development, projects under construction, post-completion property inspections, and due diligence on historic and listed buildings.
She has a long-term cooperation with a number of banking institutions, e.g. Unicredit Bank, Raiffeisenbank or Komerční banka. She has experience from smaller projects with a project budget of around 100 million CZK, through medium-sized projects with a budget of 250-500 million CZK to larger projects with a budget of 1.5-3.5 billion CZK.
Alžběta is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, has a degree in construction management, real estate valuation and speaks fluent English.
