Tomáš Černý is responsible for the overall management and quality of cost management services for all company projects.
Tomáš Černý’s professionalism is reflected in the quality standards and accuracy of the cost planning he has developed. Over the years, dozens of clients have found them to be a useful tool when planning an investment in their project.
Tomáš gained his years of experience at T-Mobile, EC Harris and ORCO Group, among others. Significant projects that he personally managed on a cost basis include the office building housing the CEZ headquarters (including its fit-out), the logistics park in Rudná, the headquarters of the insurance companies Kooperativa and ČPP, the AFI Vokovice project and the luxury ZURI Zanzibar Resort & Hotel in Africa. His residential projects include Slunečný Vršek, 4 Blok and Tulipa City.
Tomáš graduated in management and economics of construction at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. He continued his studies in Australia.
He speaks fluent English.
