The total leasable area of the property is almost 50 thousand sqm.
The OM Consulting team performed a complete technical due diligence of the property for the buyer. Prior to the completion of the acquisition, we designed, supervised and took over the settlement of all identified defects, including the documentation and technical supervision of extensive repairs to the building’s underground garages.
