Industrial Park Dubnica was built in two phases, which were gradually purchased by Reico, the real estate fund of Česká spořitelna. The first phase went up in 2016 and includes 2 buildings with an area of almost 90,000 sqm, 96 parking spaces for cars and 32 spaces for trucks. The first phase is mainly leased to Continental Automotive. Other major tenants include Swiss transport and logistics company Kuehne+Nagel, food chain Lidl and Dutch brewing group Heineken.

The second phase includes 16,000 sqm of leasable area, 36 parking spaces for cars and 5 spaces for trucks. It was completed in 2018.

Experts from OM Consulting provided technical due diligence services for the investment fund Reico Česká spořitelna as part of the acquisition of both phases of the park in 2018 and 2019. The value of the new fund acquisition was approximately CZK 990 million CZK (EUR 38.9 million) and approx. 241 million CZK (EUR 9.5 million).
