Whichever way you look at Prague, you are likely to see a building that we are involved in. We will gradually introduce you to selected projects that make us happy – in the medieval core of the city, in the wider centre and on the outskirts of Prague.

The year 2022 brought OM Consulting a record turnover, which we are very pleased about. But what we are particularly committed to is the relationship with our clients, with whom we work on a wide range of activities in different phases of their projects.

What we are very happy about is the fact that three projects in which we participated have been placed on the podium of the 24th year of the Best of Realty competition. Which were they?

OM Consulting provides complete management of the reconstruction of the Máj department store. We specialize in project management, cost management, technical supervision and work safety. We are also preparing a detailed analysis for anchor tenants.

On the MyMozart project, our Technical Due Diligence department performs Bank Monitoring services, sometimes referred to as project controlling.

We are involved in the preparation of a luxury hotel project next to the Sparta stadium in Letná. The 521-room hotel, convention space and spa will be operated by Hard Rock International with the world’s most valuable music collection.

The new warehouse in Hostivař for PHOENIX pharmaceutical wholesale has been successfully approved. OM Consulting provided project management, cost management and technical supervision. The warehouse covers 24,000 m² and the adjacent offices occupy a further 4,300 m².
