Project Controlling in the construction of the MyMozart residential project

The ceremonial tapping of the foundation stone of the MyMozart project was held under the auspices of IP IZOLACE POLNÁ, the investor of the project, and was also attended by our colleagues. MyMozart is a new residential project on the corner of Mozartova and Plzeňská streets in Prague 5, Smíchov.

The MyMozart project and the role of Project Controlling

On the MyMozart project, our Technical Due Diligence department performs Bank Monitoring services, sometimes referred to as project controlling. This is a service that is performed on the basis of a tripartite agreement between the OMC, the developer and the financing bank. As part of the construction process, we work with the developer to identify, control and eliminate lender risks during construction. Our experts have more than ten years of experience with this service on various projects (apartment buildings, shopping centres, office buildings, hotels, industrial buildings) of various sizes throughout the Czech Republic.

The MyMozart residential project is located near the Anděl metro station and offers a concept of smart urban living in 152 fully equipped apartments and accommodation units with a layout of 1+kitchen corner and 2+kitchen corner. The apartment building will provide residents with almost hotel-like comfort with its own concierge, boxes for picking up food, electronics or storing packages, fitness and sauna facilities, and the possibility of using the courtyard for carsharing, bikesharing and electric scooters. There will also be a communal terrace with a view of the whole of Prague. The project is expected to be completed in May 2023.
