Whichever way you look at Prague, you are likely to see a building that we are involved in. We will gradually introduce you to selected projects that make us happy – in the medieval core of the city, in the wider centre and on the outskirts of Prague.

After the completion of the reconstruction, a new restaurant of the famous chef Radek Kašpárek called 420 will move into the gothic house. They say they will experiment with Czech gastronomy, so we will be happy to stop by for some unusual sirloin steak.

On the right wing is the Municipal House, on the left the Anchor, opposite the Palladium. The neoclassical building on Republiky Square, built as the headquarters of the Allianz insurance company, has such neighbours. An extremely interesting, but somewhat overlooked due to its poor condition, house with a beautiful spiral staircase in the interior.
We are involved in the resurrection of the building, specifically we are in charge of Construction Management (the implementation of the project without a general contractor). As a representative of the investor, we are looking for compromises with the conservationists. We are fighting for the fulfilment of the investment plan and we are also making sure that the project respects the archaeological findings – e.g. in the underground we discovered a fortification wall from the 12th century. century. So we are dealing with a lot of big conceptual and design changes.
Náměstí Republiky 7 will become a great address for offices and retail after the completion of the general reconstruction. On the top floor, a terrace will be created with an amazing panoramic view of a large part of Prague.
A complex of three apartment buildings Krčská zahrada will soon start to grow under the guidance of EBM Group near Budějovická and Brumlovka. Thirty apartments will be completed by the end of 2025. Our role in the project is Cost Management and Technical Supervision of the Investor (TDI). We will therefore be responsible for the quality of the work, meeting the schedule and budget. We’re looking forward to it.
