A new hall in Hostivař for the storage of pharmaceuticals was successfully tested

A new hall in Prague’s Hostivař designed as a pharmaceutical warehouse was recently approved. The aim of the construction of the new premises was to optimise and modernise the logistics processes in the PHOENIX pharmaceutical wholesale warehouse.

The OM Consulting team provided project management, cost management and technical supervision of the investor.

The total warehouse area is almost 24,000 m² and more than 4,300 m² of office space. It is a new hall, which is connected to the existing hall. It includes an administrative building and dispatch in the basement. The hall is equipped with system racks and a system of conveyor belts, the project also includes several other outdoor buildings – a transformer station, diesel generator, sprinkler room, etc.
