The Construction Management team led by Ing. Rudolf Stolejda successfully obtained the approval decision for stage B of the Maison Ořechovka project by Penta.
Finishing works are currently underway and we are expecting a gradual handover to clients in the coming months.
In the apartments there are large-format tiles from Italian production, bathrooms are equipped with products from Villeroy & Boch, on the floors solid wood floors. Of course there are aluminum windows, electric blinds guaranteeing comfort, privacy and protection from the summer sun. Selected apartments are equipped with air conditioning, heat recovery or even an intelligent home system. The entire complex will be secure and will have plenty of green space, underground parking and a 24-hour concierge service.
The project won the award for the Winning Construction Implementation in the Facade of the Year 2021 competition. It also won an award in the “Best of Realty” competition.
Both stages are already completed and sold out.
