We assessed and commented on legal documents with overlapping technical aspects such as permits, easements, terms of works contracts and guarantees. It also included an assessment of the potential environmental risks of the building and the land, the so-called. environmental desktop.
Accurate technical due diligence is essential for the buyer to determine the value of the property, to specify the terms of the purchase agreement and to identify potential and future risks in the operation and management of the property.
The team assembled specifically for this contract included an experienced structural engineer, HVAC and electrical experts, fire safety and occupational health and safety experts and specialists in other fields, led by Ing. Alžběta Korbačková.
OC Central Kladno is the largest shopping centre in the Central Bohemian Region and the new owner plans to make it the centre of leisure and entertainment for the whole of Kladno.
