OM Consulting cooperated with EBM Construct, as the general contractor, on the construction of the Rezidence Erbenova project. The project is located in Hřebenky, a popular residential area just a few minutes from the centre of Prague. Twenty-two luxury units are spread over eight floors and offer apartments ranging from smaller sizes to spacious five-bedroom residences. The unique architectural concept with terraces and roof gardens follows the unique curves of Strahov Hill.
Construction began in spring 2021 and welcomed its first owners in spring 2023.

Construction management is a popular form of construction, especially abroad, but in recent years it has been increasingly used by developers in the Czech Republic. The construction manager replaces the general contractor on site, the implementation is more flexible and usually more economically advantageous for the investor.
OM Consulting worked closely with EBM Construct as the general contractor. The entire construction was very demanding in terms of coordination of professions due to its ruggedness and complex logistics – it is a very sloping terrain with minimal storage space for materials.
And it’s worth mentioning that in 2022 it won the Architects’ Award in the Real Estate Project of the Year competition.
