Domoplan commissioned us to manage the construction of the residential project Na Mariánské Cestě in Brandýs nad Labem – Stará Boleslav.
The site includes several ponds and soaking areas that effectively retain rainwater and improve the natural microclimate. In addition to these traditional solutions, we use Escube’s unique nanotechnology, which uses rainwater in an innovative way to cool paved surfaces.
Construction will be carried out in the form of Construction Management. There will be 321 flats of various layouts including ample parking spaces. The whole project is inspired by the Nordic standard of living.
At present, earthworks are starting to be carried out and then we will carry out the selection of the contractors for the building and construction solution. The construction is expected to be completed in early 2025.
Construction Management is becoming increasingly popular among Czech developers. In contrast to cooperation with a general contractor, it allows for greater flexibility and a higher degree of control over the course of implementation on the part of the developer.
