Petr Houska worked for almost a decade at Skanska Commercial Development, where he managed the construction of premium office projects in Prague. He was responsible for a portfolio of over 100,000 sqm, which included projects such as Parkview, KEY and R.Evolution. Here he led the preparation of projects from inception, including budget management, through to implementation and preparation for subsequent sale. He then coordinated internal teams on the Port7 and Mercury projects.
At Penta Investments, he worked on the flagship projects of the Prague office market, Florentinum and Waltrovka. For the tenants, he coordinated the fit-out of their premises from the core & shell phase to the handover of fully functional offices. This is done using Construction Management.
Petr is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, he also studied at the University of Adelaide in Australia and Vitus Bering College in Denmark. He is a member of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and is LEED AP certified. He speaks fluent English.
