For TMMCZ, we have worked on two previous phases of the expansion of warehouse space within the Toyota site in the Kolín North industrial zone. Phase three also includes a new client facility, siding expansion, site roads, stormwater disposal improvements and boreholes for heat pumps. We are negotiating the documentation for the joint permit on our own.
