Residential complex – Mladějovská

A flat area on the border of the intravillan and suburban agricultural landscape. The typical suburban context led us to a quiet regular layout and lapidary masses. The design was challenging, among other things. by the fact that it was necessary to prove compliance with the coefficients of the zoning plan not only for the project, but also for the individual stages and owners, while respecting the contractual arrangements between them.
