Residence Erbenova

The OM Consulting team is cooperating with EBM Construct, as the general contractor, on the construction of the Rezidence Erbenova project. The project is located in Hřebenky, a popular residential area just minutes from the centre of Prague. Twenty-two luxury units are spread over eight floors and offer apartments ranging from smaller sizes to spacious five-bedroom residences. The unique architectural concept with terraces and roof gardens follows the unique curves of Strahov Hill. Construction began in spring 2021 and the project is expected to be completed in late 2022.

The implementation of the construction is carried out in the form of construction management, which is provided by experienced professionals from the OM Consulting team. The construction management team took over the site in May 2021. As part of the project preparation, we will control the design work, create schedules, perform value engineering and cost estimates, and represent the investor throughout the implementation period. We are also responsible for the selection of contractors for individual parts of the construction, their coordination, quality control of work and delivery deadlines.
