PHOENIX Pharmaceutical Wholesale Ltd.

The project consists of the optimization and modernization of logistics processes in the PHOENIX pharmaceutical wholesale warehouse by building a new connecting hall in the existing company premises. The total area of the warehouse is almost 24,000 sqm and the offices over 4,300 sqm. It is a new hall construction on the existing hall with an administrative building, with arrival with dispatch, departure, storage space with bridges and exits. The storage system is in system racks with roller conveyors. The project also includes several other outdoor buildings, a transformer station, a diesel generator, a sprinkler house, etc.

The subject of OM Consulting’s activity was project management, technical supervision of the investor and cost management. These activities were complemented by the coordination of the investor’s internal processes in connection with the introduction of new technologies, process programming, the move of goods into the new hall and regular reporting to the headquarters in Mannheim.
