New construction Přezletice – Panská Pole

A new residential area Panská pole is being built on the northwestern edge of the village of Přezletice. The urban layout follows the fabric of the original village. In the place of contact with the existing urban area we designed elements of the town centre – a square, a school, a kindergarten and other municipal buildings.

In the southern part of the area dedicated to housing we place six apartment buildings surrounded by a forest park with a children’s playground and natural fitness. To the north of Habrová Street, which forms the axis of the new district, there are buildings of individual housing.

The whole area will have unifying architectural elements based on traditional rural housing. The name of the project “Panská pole” evokes agricultural activity with elements of the sublime. This is also reflected in the choice of traditional materials: wood, stone, brick and plaster. Brass elements will be used for accentuation. The colour scheme will be aligned to four main tones evoking the four seasons.
