MOLO Lipno Resort

The project on the shores of Lake Lipno includes a complex of apartment buildings with a total of 26 residential units, a five-star hotel with 100 rooms, a congress centre, a unique restaurant connected to a promenade leading to a 150 m long pier and spa facilities. Even before construction began, the project was awarded more than CZK 1.7 billion CZK in the category of the Best Project in the South Bohemia Region in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2018 competition and the same award a year later from the expert jury and the public.

The project is in the construction phase. At the beginning of 2020, the construction of the supporting piles of the pier into Lake Lipno and the installation of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements is underway. Technology is being installed in the apartments and a model apartment was completed in February. Experts from OM Consulting provide project management, cost management and technical supervision of the investor.
