Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague

The Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague project included the complete conversion of the Longin office building in the centre of Prague into a four-star hotel of the world-famous Mamaison chain. In the first phase of the reconstruction, the office space was completely demolished down to the supporting structures of the building, and the technical equipment of the boiler room, HVAC plant rooms and all pipe installations including cabling were dismantled.

The second phase of the project included the construction of 135 new hotel rooms in four-star standard (86 rooms and 49 suites with kitchen), reception with lobby bar and market, breakfast room, food preparation room, fitness room, games room, library, offices and facilities for hotel employees. Furthermore, the reconstruction of the technical equipment of the boiler room and the machine rooms of the air handling system, sprinklers and electricity.
