Maison Ořechovka

MAISON Ořechovka is an exclusive residential project in a prestigious Prague location. It offers more than 100 premium apartments ranging from smaller 1-bedroom apartments to rooftop penthouses. There are also underground garages for residents. Completion is scheduled for 2022.

All construction work is divided among more than 60 contractors. The task of the OM Consulting team is to ensure the preparation of tender documents, the execution of partial tenders and the printing of contractual documents. During construction, we check the lists of works carried out and issue change orders. The implementation part of the OM Consulting team coordinates suppliers, checks the quality of work and delivery dates.
