The project consists of ten apartment buildings and 30 terraced three- and four-family houses and 12 semi-detached houses. The complex is located practically in the middle of the city, about 5 minutes from the main square. Residential buildings are five-storey with elevator, family houses are two-storey.
The apartment buildings offer 146 apartments of 2+kitchen corner, 3+kitchen corner and 4+kitchen corner on the last floors. The apartments on the first floors have “front gardens”, the other apartments have balconies, the last floors have terraces. The buildings are connected to the hot water pipeline and have their own heat exchanger, each house has a parking lot and part of the parking spaces on the roads. The family houses have a garage, have their own gas boiler with hot water tank and have gardens. The equipment of the flats and houses is up to the standard of today, the project also includes roads, sidewalks and two small parks.
Within project management, our role included project management and control, conducting inspection days including minutes, preparing monthly reports for the investor/bank, end of project defect and backlog lists, controlling the contractor’s monthly invoicing and much more. In the case of the TDI, this was mainly checking the quality of the work carried out in accordance with the approved project documentation, lists of defects and incompletions or cooperation in checking the contractor’s monthly invoicing. The activities of the cost manager were mainly project preparation, price control in case of changes in the project, preparation of documents for monthly invoicing and preparation of financial reports.
