AFI Vokovice is a multifunctional office complex designed by DAM architects. It consists of two buildings with six and eight floors with a total lettable area of almost 14,000 sqm, offering retail units and warehouse space in addition to office space. Parking is solved by underground garages with a capacity of 285 parking spaces.
AFI Vokovice offers highly variable space solutions using the latest technologies, original architecture and above all in an attractive location within easy reach of the city centre and the international airport. The buildings are designed to be energy efficient and have been certified LEED Platinum.
