Pavel Semrád became the new Managing Director of OM Consulting in June 2022. This experienced manager came to the firm with more than 20 years of experience in real estate and finance. Previously, he led teams at CPI Property Group, where he was Director of Development and later Director of Asset Management in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
During his tenure with this leading Czech developer and investor, the teams under his leadership have completed more than twenty projects, including the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague and Galerie Fénix, Buddha Bar Hotel, office projects in the regions, the construction of hundreds of apartments and a number of retail projects. Later, he also worked briefly as Head Of Sales & Trading in a securities trader and member of the Prague Stock Exchange SAB, which works closely with TRINITY BANK.
Pavel Semrád graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics.
He spends his free time with his family, enjoys hiking in the mountains in all seasons and is active in sports. He is mainly involved in cycling, running, swimming, and skiing.
