Ondrej Vala

Ondřej Vala is the Managing Director of OM Consulting and one of the two owners. He has been involved in the field of construction and development since his studies. Ondřej has experience both as a building contractor and as a large developer. His strength lies in his pro-client approach and his will to help find solutions. He has experience in all segments of project management and his track record is mainly in hotel, residential and mixed-use projects.

"I'm in business because we help clients turn ideas into reality. When I see that our help is appreciated by the client, it energizes me. I want to bring solutions. I realize that we are helping to create value for future generations. When I walk with my children around a building where we have contributed in some way to its creation, it is an amazing feeling."

During his tenure at the CPI development company, he participated in the construction of CPI City Centre Olomouc, Clarion Congress Hotel Olomouc, Buddha Bar Hotel Prague and many others.

Within Hochtief CZ he worked on a contract for Ruzyně Airport – parking house D and vestibule of entrance F.

Ondřej Vala is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, majoring in Business and Management in Construction. He also studied at the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Prague and at the University of Salford, Faculty of Business, Law and Built Environment. He is fluent in English and has advanced knowledge of Russian.

His interests include table tennis and downhill skiing, playing the 12-string guitar and collecting old coins.
