Her team has worked outside the Czech Republic on projects in Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and other European countries. Her experience extends to historic buildings, immovable cultural heritage and castle projects.
In the previous two years, she managed the execution of approximately fifty prestigious projects for OMC as an external expert. She began her career at an engineering company in Berlin, where she assisted in preparing detailed bills of quantities according to German and American standards (e.g., for Radio Free Europe in Prague).
Her introduction to Technical Due Diligence came at EC Harris (later Arcadis) where she worked for ten years. In addition to TDD projects, she has also specialized in managing fit-out projects (Expedia Inc.) and risk management of specific projects such as a hotel resort in the Maldives, a university campus and a hospital in Saudi Arabia.
Martina studied Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. These studies also took her to Vienna, where she was simultaneously enrolled at the Technical University and the Universität für Bodenkultur in Vienna (University of Agriculture).
She is fluent in English and German and also speaks Spanish.
