Kotelna Park – Phase 1 and 2
Services provided:
In the first phase, the historic boiler house of the Waltrovka factory was revitalized. The building was designed and built directly for specific tenants: the companies BOSCH and BSH home appliances. The concept used the exposed skeleton to create an outdoor atrium and relaxation space. The layout of the premises allows for complete separation of the technical service operation from the publicly accessible areas and offices.
The dominant feature of the ground floor is the showroom, where the tenant has created a “path of light”. The other parts of the buildings house offices, a training and customer service centre, a canteen and warehouses. The boiler houses with their 120 m high chimney remain a dominant feature of the Radlice valley. The first phase of the Kotelna Park project won the Building of the Year 2017 award.
This was followed by the second phase of this office project: the building with six above-ground and two underground floors offers almost 12,000 sqm of new office space. The individual floors have their own unique terrace and offer a unique view of Prague and the Radlice Valley. The car park occupies two underground floors. There is a dining room with its own kitchen located on the first floor.
