We are currently looking for a junior project manager who will be responsible for coordinating tenants in the redevelopment and expansion of a shopping centre in Karlovy Vary.
What are you waiting for?
- Coordination of the construction of rental units, including the preparatory phase
- Preparation of general procurement documents for tenants (Spaceplan, HMG, unit price lists, black box specifications)
- Control of project documentation from tenants
- Monitoring of processes on the tenants' side (status of planning, status of obtaining building permits)
- Coordination between the building contractor and tenants (Assignment of black box requirements to the building contractor, etc.)
- Rough inspection of the tenants' work (checking the compliance of the work with the documentation and assignment, gathering documents for the implementation of the work (bank guarantees, insurance)
