Send us your CV and become a member of our Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Sustainability department. The TDD department deals with the detailed assessment of properties from a technical perspective. We work on both the seller's and buyer's side of acquisition processes; advise developers and investors in planning and preparing construction projects; act as advisors to owners of large portfolios on facility management and long-term sustainability; deliver BREEAM, LEED and ESG non-financial reporting; and help clients develop long-term sustainability and zero carbon footprint strategies.
What are you waiting for?
- Preparation of technical audits of real estate in various stages of implementation (from land to functioning buildings), creation of final reports
- Building assessment according to BREEAM and LEED certification, ESG rating according to EU Taxonomy
- Setting up and coordinating a team of specialists from other departments and external collaborators for individual TDD projects, possibility to consult with experts in the field
- Participation in tours ofvarious properties in the Czech Republic and abroad
- Regular communication with the client and their advisors, presentation of results
- Participation in meetings according to the client's requirements, defending conclusions before the counterparty
What do we expect from you?
- Completed university studies - Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Civil Engineering
- Experience in the field in an independent position (designer, architect, project manager, TDI, facility manager)
- Analytical thinking
- Sense of detail
- Independence and proactivity
- AJ at min. B2, in words and in writing
- Driving licence sk. B - active driver an advantage
- Experience with BREEAM and/or LEED an advantage
