What are you waiting for?
- Representation and cooperation with the investor/developer
- Collaboration with our in-house teams - Technical Due Diligence, Project Management, Construction Management and Cost Management
- Coordination of other external professions
- Collaboration and consultation with the team leader and other Design & Architecture colleagues
- Author's supervision - participation in KD and other necessary meetings
- Work on projects from the stage of verification of the plan to the preparation of documentation for the construction (we are pros at detailed and accurate documentation)
- You will have a broader scope, but your role will not be without traditional design work (we use AutoCAD and also Revit)
- Negotiations with the authorities for selected projects
What do we expect from you?
- Experience on medium scale projects
- Proactive approach and interest in atypical solutions
- Willingness to join our corporate boutique philosophy - individual approach to the client and the project
- Knowledge of AutoCAD. Revit and MS Project are an advantage - we will be happy to train you
- Technical university - Faculty of Civil Engineering/School of Civil Engineering
