- Recruitment of suitable candidates according to the hiring manager's specifications - we fill 5-10 positions per year
- A free hand to create and nurture company culture
- Consultation with managers, mentoring in conducting interviews, advice on selection
- Creation and maintenance of an up-to-date candidate database
- Preparation, processing and updating of work/commissioning contracts/order
- Compliance with the GDPR and other legislation
- Onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Managing the OSH portal and checking the validity of individual employee training
- Preparation of documents for payroll - we cooperate with an external payroll accountant
- Processing of the annual income tax settlement of FOs and tax returns of owners, issuing and distribution of POZP and ELDP
- Advising managers and rank-and-file employees on employment law matters
What do we expect from you?
- Previous experience in internal HR a great advantage, not a requirement
- University of economics - specialization in human resources
- Flexibility, proactive approach to solutions, drive to the goal
- Diplomatic behaviour and negotiations
- AJ at a communicative level
