Design Coordinator – Hotel U Sixtů in the centre of Prague (m,f)

What are you waiting for?

  • Coordination of project work between Fit & Out, Interior and MEP designers.
  • Control of deliverables, meeting the deadlines of the designers (as Design Coordinator you will substitute the position of the general contractor of the project).
  • Tracking client changes and having them incorporated into project documentation.
  • Participation in design meetings - follow-up and incorporation of outputs.
  • Contact with restorers and representatives of special technologies.
  • Close collaboration with both internal teams and external collaborators and GD.
  • Collaboration with other colleagues in the team: Project Manager, TDI, Cost Manager, HSE Coordinator and other Design Coordinator.

What do we expect from you?

  • University degree in civil engineering.
  • User knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Experience in project coordination in a HIP/HAP position a great advantage.
  • Previous experience in renovation will be an advantage.
