Pavel Semrad

Pavel Semrád has been at the helm of OM Consulting since June 2022. He is a manager with more than 20 years of experience in real estate and finance. In the past he has led teams in development and asset management. His ambition is to strive for exceptional results while sensitively building relationships and respect with clients and colleagues.

He joined OM Consulting as a manager with more than 20 years of experience in real estate and finance.

Previously, he led teams at CPI Property Group, where he was Director of Development and then Director of Asset Management for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

During his tenure with this leading Czech developer and investor, his teams have managed more than 20 projects, including the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague and Galerie Fénix, the Buddha Bar Hotel, various office projects in the regions, the construction of
hundreds of apartments and many other projects in the commercial sphere.

Later he worked briefly as Head of Sales and Trading at SAB, a member of the Prague Stock Exchange and a securities trader working closely with TRINITY BANK.

Pavel Semrád graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague.
