Within OMC, Alžběta Korbačková has completed dozens of audits, ranging from land for future development, through projects under construction, inspections of properties after their completion, and due diligence of historic and listed buildings.
Alžběta has 10 years of experience in technical audits of diverse projects and 15 years of experience in banking and development monitoring.
She has a long-term cooperation with a number of banking institutions, e.g. Unicredit Bank, Raiffeisenbank or Komerční banka. He has experience from smaller projects with a project budget of around CZK 100 million, through medium-sized projects with a budget of CZK 250-500 million to larger projects with a budget of CZK 1.5-3.5 billion.
Alžběta is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, has a degree in construction management, real estate valuation and speaks fluent English.
