Since the Technical Due Diligence department was established, the team has conducted more than 40 technical audits of administrative buildings and office complexes of various sizes, ranging from standalone buildings to large-scale office complexes. We have assessed both modern buildings meeting the highest standards and older structures intended for renovation or a change of use.

As part of our audits, we assess the technical condition of buildings, the quality of technical equipment, the level of maintenance, regulatory compliance, and planned investment costs. Our goal is to provide clients with a clear overview of the property’s condition and to support their investment decisions.
