TheTechnical Due Diligence team has conducted more than 10 technical audits of hotels, hotel complexes, castle properties used for lodging, and large hotel portfolios. Thanks to our experience with various types of lodging facilities, we are able to effectively identify the technical and operational risks associated with their ownership and management.
When evaluating hotel properties, we focus not only on the structural and technical condition of the buildings, but also on the functionality of the technical systems, fire safety, the condition of the furnishings, and anticipated future investments.
