Since the Technical Due Diligence department was established, the team has conducted more than 20 technical audits of residential properties, ranging from single-family homes and apartment buildings to large-scale apartment complexes and residential portfolios. Our experience covers both existing properties and projects intended for further development or investment.

Technical audits focus on the structural condition of buildings, technical systems, the identification of defects and risks, estimates of future investments, and an assessment of compliance with applicable regulations. This allows us to provide clients with a reliable basis for investment decisions and subsequent property management.
