The project is currently in the detailed design phase. A comprehensive review of the original architectural study is underway – in collaboration with a renowned architect, experts in hotel operations, gastronomy and wellness. The design has been professionally reviewed by the general designer, energy analyses have been carried out and in several value engineering phases we have optimized the solution to meet the high demands of the investor as well as the future guests.
