Building S1 – As part of the construction work, the interior layout, the facade, and the roof cladding were modified, and the window and door frames, floors, suspended ceilings, interior systems, and fixtures were replaced.

Building R2—The scope of the project involved insulating the building using an exterior insulation and finish system with tinted facade plaster; Parts of the facade are designed as fully glazed systems in aluminum frames, locally supplemented with large-format aluminum cladding.

Building S3 – The original office space has been converted into semi-retail space on the ground floor and a cafeteria on the 2nd floor.
