Technical supervision of the investor (m/f)

That's why we are expanding our team with colleagues who will take on the role of Technical Supervisor of the Investor (TDI) and will participate in their successful implementation. What are you waiting for?

  • Control of design, production and implementation documentation and verification of compliance with the investor's specifications.
  • Regular presence on site: inspection days, photodocumentation, passporting of objects.
  • Supervision of quality of work, materials, tests and trials.
  • Working with the designers, contractors and supervisors - you'll be the one holding the project together.
  • Control of compliance with building permits, EIA, standards and other mandatory requirements.
  • Coordination of suppliers and checking compliance with documentation.
  • Suggestions for optimisation and savings - your ideas are given the green light.
  • Keeping the investor informed of progress, risks and impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Inspection of defects and incompleteness after final approval, supervision of certificates and attestations.

What do we expect from you?

  • Technical education in construction and experience in construction (ideally in a similar position).
  • Independence, responsibility and the ability to keep your agenda under control.
  • Good communication and organisational skills - you will be in contact with designers, contractors and the investor.
  • Orientation in technical standards, building legislation and permitting processes.
  • Meticulousness, attention to detail and the ability to finish things.
  • Openness to new solutions and willingness to look for ways, not excuses.
