What are you waiting for?
- Looking after our clients and visitors (preparing and providing refreshments, keeping meeting rooms tidy, managing bookings and manning the helpdesk for repairs in our offices).
- Taking phone calls, ordering office supplies for the entire company and taking care of the entry card agenda.
- You will be in charge of incoming/outgoing mail, providing signatures on documents and scanning and archiving them.
- Handling ad hoc activities related to our daily operations (contact management, protective equipment, etc.).
- Administrative support for other teams in our company.
What do we expect from you?
- At least a high school education.
- User-level knowledge of MS Office.
- A kind, communicative, patient and caring personality.
- An approachable and positive attitude and an interest in working with people.
- At least basic communication in English.
- It will be to your advantage if you have previous experience in reception or administration, but even if you are a graduate we will teach you everything.
