That's why we are expanding our team with experienced colleagues who will take on the role of Project Manager, who can connect the investor, designers and contractors and take a project from preparation to handover. This role is not about excel spreadsheets behind closed doors. You'll be there to make key decisions, set the pace of the project and ensure things happen as planned. Every day is different - you'll solve technical issues, coordinate teams, manage information and keep an eye on quality and deadlines. What are you waiting for?

  • Project management from preparation to implementation - coordination of all participants.
  • Establishment of a framework schedule and its continuous updating.
  • Organisation and conduct of coordination meetings, review days and minutes.
  • Supervision of work progress, control of deadlines and risk management.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between the investor, designers and contractors.
  • Support in contractor tenders and preparation of tender documents.
  • Checking the incorporation of the authorities' conditions into the documentation and compliance with the permits.
  • Oversee sampling, contractor schedules and work acceptance.
  • Preparation of documents for the handover of the construction site and for the final approval.
  • Evaluating project progress - monthly reports, risks, finances, quality.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience of managing construction or development projects.
  • Knowledge of construction preparation and execution processes - ideally from both sides.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple entities and maintain order on the agenda.
  • Technical or civil engineering background.
  • Communication skills, decisiveness and detail orientation.
  • Responsibility and willingness to look for solutions, not obstacles.
