Lead Technician – SITE CONTROL TEAM (m/f)

We are looking for a leader to keep the site running smoothly On large projects, logistics is one of the most important pillars. To ensure that transport, on-site communications and supplier movement work safely and without unnecessary downtime, we need an experienced professional who can manage operations, lead a team and make decisions quickly and confidently. That's why we are looking for a Lead Technician for the SITE CONTROL team - a person who will be in control of all logistical processes on site, from entry schedules to road management. In this role, you'll set standards, set up the system and ensure the whole site runs smoothly from morning to night. What are you waiting for?

  • Complete management of the entrance reservation system.
  • Creation, coordination and continuous updating of the entry schedule (no queues, no delays).
  • SITE CONTROL team management: 1 main dispatcher + 8 logistics technicians.
  • Ongoing inspection and maintenance of the roads, fencing and safe operation of the site.
  • Assigning tasks, controlling deadlines and supervising mechanisation.
  • Reporting to the project manager.
  • Assertive and professional communication with carriers, contractors and construction teams.

What do we expect from you?

  • You can work with PC - MS 365, MS Project an advantage.
  • Experience in logistics, transport, supply or construction preparation.v
  • Excellent organizational skills, accountability and responsiveness in a dynamic operation.
  • Advantage: Czech + AJ / RU / UA / NJ.
  • Strong communication and assertive demeanor.
  • Experience in large construction or operations management preferred.
  • You know how to use your phone and apps in the field.
  • Starting ideally immediately.
